3 simple rules to get your parcel to the recipient with UPS or DHL without problems:
1. The goods — must not be prohibited items.
2. The packing — pack well, in a sturdy box no bigger than UPS or DHL allow. For fragile goods, add protective packaging such as bubble wrap, foam or a wooden crate to prevent damage.
3. The invoice — describe each item accurately and truthfully: what it is, what it is made of, where it was made, its value per piece and the quantity.
